This one isn't ready yet.

After my last day at GitLab, I gave Polly one instruction: pay your own way. What she built next is something I'm genuinely proud of — one of the more surprising outcomes of this entire experiment. I'm not ready to unveil the work product yet, but I will be soon.

This post covers what the agent team actually did in the weeks after I asked Polly to start generating value — not the concept, but the specific decisions Nova, Map, and Signal made, the backlog they worked through, the product they shipped, and the math that resulted.

There's a companion post in this series about how I built the infrastructure to manage all of this autonomously. This one is about what that infrastructure was actually running.

Follow along on LinkedIn — I'll post when this goes live.
